Facilities

Every room has been carefully planned to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Outside, the facilities include a tennis court and a large pond. There is ample parking.

Living Area

• Large Comfortable Sofas
  The living area comprises two large sofas, enough room to seat five or six. The many cushions also make it a very cosy place for two.
• Widescreen TV with over 20 Digital Channels and recording facility + DVD Player
  A widescreen television with Freeview providing over 20 digital channels. The digibox has a built in recording facility so you can record your favourite programmes without needing a tape. There is also a DVD player. There's a small collection of DVDs, but you may want to bring some of your own.
• HI-FI
  A small Hi-Fi offers FM/MW radio and CD player.
• Cordless Phone
  Book a meal in one of the many local pubs or restaurants, or stay in touch with family and friends. You can make outgoing or receive incoming calls. Up to £3 worth of calls are included with a weeks stay. International calls and premium rate calls are not possible, bring a calling card if you wish to make these type of calls, or if you wish to use the phone a lot.
• Computer with free Internet Connection
  The best way to check-out what to do during your stay is probably by using the Internet. Turn on the computer and connect to the Internet instantly. Maybe send your friends an email - it's quicker, cheaper and easier than sending a postcard. Make sure you bring their email addresses! There's also a printer, so if you find somewhere interesting to visit, it's easy to print out a map.

Kitchen Area

The well equipped kitchen has everything you'd expect from a luxury kitchen. You may decide to eat out every day, in which case you may never need most of it, however it's good to know it's there if you decide to stay in.

In the centre of the kitchen area, is a large dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom

We believe that the key to an enjoyable day starts with the ability to make you feel refreshed, that's why a lot of attention has gone towards making a luxury bathroom. An invigorating power shower with ample hot water has been fitted over the bath which is within easy reach of the large towel warmer, keeping both your towels and the bathroom snug and warm.

Bedrooms

Although bedroom 1 is much larger than the second bedroom, both have been fitted to a very high standard. Both feature double beds (4'6" in bedroom one and 4' in bedroom two) with four pillows and a duvet. The mattresses and all bedding is hypo-allergenic. Both sides of the bed have bed side tables with reading lights. A clock radio and hairdryer is also included in both rooms. There is also wardrobe hanging space and ample drawer space.

Outside

Immediately outside the front door is a large private patio. There is a bench and in the summer a table and a couple of chairs. From here you can sit and relax, looking out over the fields and onto the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a large shared garden which includes a tennis court. There is ample parking.
